Piamita (Spanish for "little pajamas") is a new collection created by W editor Karla Martinez and her fellow industry friends, Cecillia de Sola and Luiza Leitao and it is amazing!

Leave it to an editor to come up with something so fresh and fun - the Piamita collection is made up of easy, loungewear-inspired pieces that are chic and versatile. Printed silk button-ups, tops and cropped pants make up the bulk of the collection, but there are also pretty long dresses, jumpsuits and shrugs.

And does anyone do a better over the knee boot than Tiffany Tuttle?? Her pair last season sold out instantly and we have never received so many calls about one item, ever! Each person had spotted a pair on one of our customers, then promptly freaked out....

DEFINITELY getting this jewelry!! It's so fun and cool.. each piece is made by the designer who travels all over collecting trinkets then weaves and constructs them together by hand

Love when a designer throws a luggage piece into the mix (love luggage!). Of course Alexander Wang's is perfect. The leather is soft yet sturdy and it's big enough for a laptop and then some

1.) One of our favorite bags from spring '11 came in: This Jerome Dreyfuss leopard pony hair bag is really the perfect leopard bag. Even for a non-leopard person...

2.) There is new art on our walls! Courtesy of the Barry Whistler Gallery, such beautiful works by Andrea Rosenberg now available. Love how the art changes the entire look and vibe of the store....

It's coming up soon (February 6) and of course, we'll be here in the midst of the Victory Park madness - Mark Cuban and HD NET are basically taking over the 'hood.

SO we'll be joining the party with lots of new spring clothes, cocktails and a trunk show with our favorite, most fun vintage jewelry dealer ever Susie Hoimes!

Milagro will be serving up margaritas and the party will go on all day from 11 to 7.

PLUS, our favorite designers are sending special merchandise for the big weekend and

We're back! And there are so many wonderful things now in store...

Our first delivery of Spring '11 Etoile arrived!!

Also now in store, a perfect LBD by Jeffery Monteiro, a new designer we now carry. Monteiro was the former head designer for Jane Mayle so naturally his clothes have that same feel. Mayle was one of our favorite collections EVER so it's no wonder we fell in love...

On the accessory front, we got our Pamela Love! Just a few pieces, but so good....

This vintage cuff was left on our mannequin after the MDVII December trunk show and we are so happy!

It's the perfect accessory for Jenni Kayne's vibrant orange, a-line gown

Brought back some fantastic bags from our holiday trip to Mexico. Each is trimmed in leather and hand-embroidered in Chiapas

The new lace group in Jenni Kayne's 2011 resort collection is perfect. We have it in a tiny mini skirt as well as this A-line dress - it's so delicate and from far away it looks like leopard spots!

There was so much to celebrate: the launch of www.vodboutique.com, our 3-year anniversary, House of MacGregor's pop-up hat boutique next door & our friends at helloooooo.com's birthday as well.

We also had the sickest trunk show ever courtesy of our long-time friend, the talented Magda Berliner. Her one-of-a-kind handmade Victorian lace and crochet dresses were beyond beautiful and a total hit.

Thanks to Blake Ward for the tunes and Josh from Suite 206 for the chic set-up. (How can you go wrong with a glowing red bar??)

We are so excited to welcome LA-based fashion designer / stylist Magda Berliner to Dallas next Thursday, December 16th.

She will be in the store all day with her handmade crochet and lace dresses, and at a party we're throwing that evening from 7-10 pm.

A regular on the fashion front, Berliner is a fixture at fashion weeks and parties around the globe. In addition to styling, she designs a tiny, namesake collection each season as well as incredible, one of a kind vintage lace and crochet creations. Berliner started making the dresses after accumulating lace bits alongside her Victorian clothing collection. Wanting to put the beautiful scraps to use she started stringing the bits and began building.....

Each piece is handmade and each lace/crochet has its own personality. Says the designer:
